General provisions

These “Regulations of Users’ use of the Contact Form” set out the rules for free use by Users of the “Contact Form” available on the website of Beautyeurope.eu Sp. z o. o. with headquarters in Jelenia Góra (www.juvelook.uk/kontakt), in order to obtain a response to the application made in the contact form.

Definitions

The terms used in these Regulations means:

• Contact form – a form in which the Users of the website www.juvelook.uk/kontakt provide the necessary information and data in order to provide the service / execution of the submitted application or for marketing purposes.
• User – a person using the “Contact Form” to the extent provided for in these Regulations.

• Access to the Contact Form does not depend on the fulfillment of any formalities by the User, in particular, this access does not require the User to register and log in.
• „Beautyeurope.eu ”Sp. z o.o. based in Jelenia Góra provides Users with free access to the Contact Form for an indefinite period.
• The contact form is used only for correspondence related to the activities of “Beautyeurope.eu”.

1. In order to use the Contact Form, the User performs activities which include:

• filling in the Contact Form by providing the following data and information: name and surname, e-mail address, subject and content of the message,
• confirmation that he has read the content of the Regulations and accepts its provisions,
• confirmation that he agrees to the processing of personal data in order to prepare and submit a response to the application,
• confirmation of the will to contact by clicking on the link contained in the Contact Form “Send”.

1. The User is obliged to use the Contact Form in accordance with the law, the provisions of these Regulations and morality.
2. The User undertakes not to provide false personal data, as well as not to provide personal data of another person, without his permission, and not to provide an e-mail address that he does not own. The user is solely responsible for the content of the data provided by him, including liability for any violation of the rights of third parties.
3. The User undertakes to read the changes to these Regulations.

1. “Beautyeurope.eu” Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for the User’s decisions made on the basis of information obtained as a result of using the information obtained after completing the contact form.
2. “Beautyeurope.eu” Sp. z o.o declares that all information obtained by the User via the Contact Form shall:

• informative value,
• cannot be the basis for any claims against “Beautyeurope.eu” Sp. z o.o

1. “Beautyeurope.eu” Sp. z o.o is not responsible for the lack of availability of the contact form for reasons beyond the control of “Beautyeurope.eu” Sp. z o.o or other technical reasons related to the functioning of the ICT system and website.
2. “Beautyeurope.eu” Sp. z o.o reserves the right to amend the provisions of these Regulations at any time. The changes come into force when the content of the amended Regulations is posted on the website www.juvelook.uk.
3. “Beautyeurope.eu” Sp. z o.o reserves the right to completely stop offering this service at any time, without giving reasons.
